AI in oil and gas sales

Should we make our AI sound human?

The guest calls this controversial and argues for it anyway: teaching your AI bot how to sound more human.

The position is worth sitting with rather than accepting, because the obvious objection is that sounding human when you are not is exactly what buyers have learned to distrust.

The show's framing is about implementation rather than deception. The same guest describes starting by assessing and evaluating the organisation, and treats AI as reallocating what somebody is doing: a people problem as much as a process one.

Worth keeping in mind. Our own read: sounding human is a low bar, and being identifiably a specific person is the one that survives. The show does not say this.
